Over view:
E-bay sellers Michael Rugg and his girlfriend Jenni Keleske, sold me two Volvo Penta Duo-prop lower units from there fictitious store called Nautical Harbour. I used the pay now button with pay pal. After the sale, the drives did not ship out for three weeks after a ton of e-mails and calls.
Finally, after alot of lies the out drives are shipped COD which is against ebay policy and I was advised by paypal to put blocks on thier account.
The out drives finally arrive, Damaged and not as described , Michael Rugg wants to make things right but nothing ever happen. Many e-mails and calls with promise of reimbursement but no monies received to this day. Paypal was forced to remove the block because I bought one outdrive with the buy it now and paid his direct paypal accout for the other drive, because they were not listed together I got screwed by paypal as well. Who knew pay pal wasn't paypal ??
The Sellers two e-bay stores are now closed down, by e-bay because of e-bay policy and lots of new bad feedback by many unhappy buyers. I belive he has started a new store using his buddies credit card and his buddies name to get back to selling on ebay.

There is no need to have concerns. An employee screwed a lot of things up
with the shipping and the store was suspended. Everyone is still getting there
items. We still have our store in town, i didnt start another store my partner

before. That was not very professional. You had said I should be able to afford
to pay a couple hundred dollars to ship the items out, well I could of afforded
to pay that shipping but then something else would of gone unpaid and I thought
that you understood the situation with PayPal, I was wrong, it happens. I see
that the Claim was not removed from PayPal. As they say in business the customer
is always right. My problems are my problems, not yours. It's unfortunate we had
to do business this way. If you knew me you wouldn't think twice about any of

Dear ford-m,I just spoke with paypal and you apparently didn't tell them that
I was going to refund your money before I had them sent back, They told me that
it did not infringe on fraud at all if you had your money back. And besides that
I spoke with a PayPal Manager and he said that Buyers have up to 45 days to
reinstate claim from purchase date so you certainly would have the right to
reinstate. Anyways I don't want to argue about this anymore, I apologized in the
last message and said that you were right, So I don't understand why you sent
this message Michael and are trying to get me in trouble with ebay. I am just
trying to make an honest living. I do understand that you need to leave the
claim on till you get the products. I really am very sorry that this transaction
didn't go a lot smoother for you. I beg you to please forgive me for anything I
may have said, I'm just very stressed and worried that I am going to lose this
company before it even starts. I worked my butt off and now for reasons that
don't even make sense to me I'm going to lose it all. I'm not rich, Every penny

I am so sorry about this Michael. I am so Disgusted with the company I got
these drives from. Everything else I bought from them has been checked out and
looks to be ok, I can't believe they told me what they did about these drives,
because as you put it there is no way they could of rebuilt them if the seals
are bad as from what I understand the seals are ALWAYS replaced when they are
rebuilt, These drives were the main reason I even did the deal with them. I
spoke to them about this and they told that they didn't rebuild the whole lower
unit ( That's crap because that's not what they told me, and there really isn't
a whole lot else to be rebuilt in them). I'm not quite sure what to do about the
drives. Please let me know what you have in mind, Maybe you could resell them
with the problems listed and Jenni and Derrek at Nautical can Pay for what's
left. I've been in the deal from the beginning with the drives so I will of
course make sure something is done to compensate you. As Far as the shipping I
will refund the shipping Total right away. Please let me know what you have in

As you know I have asked for a partial refund to compensate me for the drives that are both damaged and not as described. I have had estimates to repair the drives which exceed $1500.00.
I feel that you were true to your word in refunding my my shipping as I was in releasing the claim on your account. I am a member with the BOC (Bayliner Owners Club) and Michael Rugg didn't like the fact that his story was being played out on a public web site. He became a member and then contacted the server and claims slander which in turn got the site closed down for 14 hours. ( The server had no right to interfere)
I don't believe Michael Rugg or Jenni Keleske will ever come clean but at least I can warn others about their practices and others can avoid them in the future.
Everything I have posted here to the best of my recollection is true and the information gattered was obtained with google searches and was already on the web.
If Michael Rugg settles up with me I will erase my blog of him and Jenni Keleske.
Suck or BLOW, You can't do both, Ohhhh you can try but in reality....

I made a mistake by not checking the drives out better. I also made many mistakes with other customers too. I have gone down the list and am making sure everyone has their money or there items. Because of what you are doing we have gotten death threats and my fiance was attacked outside of her work by some goon that told her to pay up. If i am such scammer why would i have paid you back for the shipping? Paypal didnt say anything to me about that. I never wanted any of this crap. I want to put this behind me. I cant even sell boat parts anymore because of this crap. I am selling the crap i have left locally and i'm done with boats. I am going to call you later and try and work this out if that is ok with you.
